I want to apologize for no blog posting yesterday and for the late posting today. Currently, I have moved into my new house and have no internet! But I’m able to live without it for now as I can travel back to my parents’ house or go to Starbucks or whatever. 😉 My posting times will be a little wacky for the time being until I have internet installed, so bare with me for the next few weeks as I get settled. Meet my beautiful friend, Brandy! I believe I have had her briefly on my blog in the past but we have been waiting for this particular post for a while! 🙂 For YEARS we have been trying to get together for a session, but every time we tried … the rain would come roaring in! So this time, that was not going to happen! Although, the rain did threaten us for our sunrise session last week

This was a bitter sweet time with Brandy because I was THRILLED to spend time with one of my best friends from college but I was also sad knowing that she is only going to be here in the states for another few more months. She has had the dream of taking off to another country with the Peace Corps and now that dream has come true! I’m SO happy that she was accepted and fulfilling her dreams, but sad that I will not be seeing her for two years since she will be leaving for South Africa! That’s just a little far away … just maybe!

I am SO proud of you my sweet Brandy! You have grown into such a beautiful adult over the years I have gotten to know you! Your laugh will be missed as well as all of our jokes accumulated from marching band. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you being in Harrisonburg or in Richmond, but we will only wish for the two years to fly by so we can reunite once again! I cannot wait for more hang outs before you head out because I need all of the hugging we can get! Lol! xoxo
