You have no clue how difficult it has been the past few months in my business … I have been fortunately steady with weddings and sessions … really, this is a BLESSING! But I have not been able to catch my breath with everything that is needed to run my business and balancing life and still working a graphic design part time job. Sooooo to resolve that, I decided to take a weekend off! Yep! Totally happened! 🙂 A weekend off from sessions and weddings! These tasks are all things that are not seen from the public … like finalizing edits, packaging, emailing, album designing, etc. It is still a work in progress, but really having a weekend off has helped my peace of mind. I have a CRAZY month of October coming up and I just know that I need my sanity before then. 🙂 My goal is to be completely “clean” of all edits, organization and updating by the end of the month. So my weekly goals notebook has REALLY helped me the past 2-3 weeks so far and I will do my best to keep track and achieve my goal! Actually, I have been able to COMPLETELY cross off my weekly “to do goals” every week for the past 2-3 weeks, including finishing up my to dos last night from this past week! 🙂

Next month, I have six weddings … six sessions … a photography volunteer job … weekly client meetings … continuing to be 100% at my graphic design part time job … and the celebration of Kyle and my one year together! 🙂 A busy, but a looking forward to month for sure!
