I hope everyone is enjoying this snowy season for those who have it outside … hopefully it’s not too icy as I woke up with ice covering my car! Needless to say, I was late to my dentist appointment. I need to look up on Pinterest quick solutions to melt ice on my car! If you know of a solution, comment below and I will DEFINITELY take your advice as we are only at the start of this season. 🙂
A few announcements:
1) If anyone is interested, I am gathering photographers in my household tomorrow evening at 7 p.m. for a cookie exchange and games like Catch Phrase and Telestrations! If you are interested in joining us, please feel free to email me at info@stephaniemessick.com and we would LOVE to have you!!! I know there will be new faces tomorrow night. 🙂 I’m excited!!!
2) As a reminder, I will only be taking weekday sessions next year as I will be saving my weekends for weddings and for my family/friends … more importantly, relaxing time! 🙂
3) As much as I LOVE being busy, my slow season is just around the corner starting in January. I am currently booked up the remainder of the year with still having two weddings and four sessions left. I will be taking the slow time and evaluating my business and see what I can do differently and BETTER! I’m already thinking of bigger and better plans for 2014 and I cannot wait to really sit down and start figuring out plans!

I learned very quickly that decorating a space for the first time is HARD work when it comes to Christmas time! And I have to say that Target really saved me as it was basically a one stop shop! Oh and of course Home Goods was also an excellent way to shop and save money! I hope everyone is all decorated and able to relax as we are now exactly TWO WEEKS away! Sayyy what?! I’m planning to finalize the rest of my shopping today (hopefully?)! For today, I wanted to share a little Christmas spirit of my house on the blog today! Tomorrow, I will be sharing Rachel and Andrew’s beautiful snow session! Ohhhh you are going to LOVE what is coming to the blog tomorrow! Snow sessions are so romantic! 🙂
