Christmas is Coming!

We are officially a week out from Christmas! Eeep! SO excited! Kyle and my family were discussing plans yesterday and it looks like we are combining our families together for Christmas dinner! 🙂 And it looks like I’m just about done with my Christmas shopping … just have to wait for a few more shipments to arrive any day now. On top of that, I was able to ship out all of my 2013/2014 bride Christmas goodies, vendor gifts AND this past weekends wedding! Feeling super accomplished so far! Of course wrapping is still something that needs to be finished so I can start surrounding my tree with gifts for my family. So blessed to have been able to spoil them this year! I am also planning to donate 5-10% of my profits this year to local charities. Remember, it is a time of giving. I’ll just be frugal with my money starting in January. Haha! Are you planning to entertain this season? I have been having a few get togethers at my place and have prepared a few dishes and activities which I thought I would share with you today! 🙂

Peppermint Bark Popcorn! YES! And this is also an awesome gift as I gave some of this out! Easy to make and it is YUMMY!

Another easy idea? Take grapes, strawberries and assorted cheeses and place them on a serving plate as a christmas tree! I took the stem off from a strawberry and used the green leaves to place at the top of the tree as the star! I gathered this inspiration from THIS SITE.

Mini wrap sandwiches … more specifically cranberry-feta pinwheel sandwiches (YUMMMM!)! You can take your sandwiches (suggest wrapping up the cranberry-feta pinwheel sandwiches in spinach wraps) and stacking them up to create a Christmas tree. Super cute and you can add decorations to the sandwich tree by taking the cranberries and placing them up and around so it looks like ornaments. 🙂

Delicious Cranberry, Tangerine, and Pomegranate Punch by Martha Stewart is a must! This was a hit when I had family over!

Some awesome games to play? Catch Phrase always an awesome game with a large group!

Telestrations … a HILARIOUS new game mixing telephone with Pictionary!

And the newest game to my collection … Funny or Die!

Enjoy the season! I hope this helps you with any entertaining you are doing this time of the year! 🙂 Merry Christmas!
