Okay, this posting was not really suppose to ever be featured on my blog for obvious reasoning that it has NOTHING to do with photography or business … but after realizing how many bugs are starting to pop up I feel the urge to share an invention that has saved my sanity and personal life!!! I cannot explain enough how little crawly things FREAK ME OUT … I don’t care, call me a girly girl. Really though, when I was living with my parents and I would find a random spider or a stink bug, you know what I really did? I would grab a disposable cup and put it on top of it so it wouldn’t be able to escape. Then once my dad would get home, he would take care of it from there. Lol! Now I really sound lame, right! I’m not ashamed of it! I always get, “but you grew up on a farm!” … well, I didn’t grow up on a spider or stink bug farm. 😉
Now for this awesome invention! I believe I was chatting with Kyle’s brother and sister-in-law about the stink bugs around the house and randomly, Brian ran out the door and came back with a Bug Zooka in his hands. I started laughing SO hard when he was demonstrating out to use it … but really, I don’t think I could live in my house without it now!!!
If you were to spot any bug around the house … I know I have found plenty of stink bugs … spiders … water bugs … assassin bugs (yes, I do NOT even want to tell you what those are!!!! They freak me out so much that I will leave it to Kyle to get it with the Bug Zooka) … and any other house bug … all you have to do is take your Bug Zooka, pump it, point it at the bug and press a button to suck it up! Wa-la! It’s not in a small chamber where it cannot get out. You have the option of letting it die in the chamber or be a nature hearted person and let it free outside. So it’s a win of both worlds if you are a bug savior or a bug killer! You can guess which one I am …. 😉
BIG shout out to Brian and Nicole for sharing this invention with me!!! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve used it and I only panic for a minute from the realization to the time it’s sucked up. No more trying to balance a stink bug on a flyswatter to flush it down the toilet!
If you don’t like finding bugs around the house, think ahead and get this before spring really kicks in full swing! It will save your sanity. 🙂
Okay, now I promise to never have a buggy posts on my blog ever again!
