Jennifer and I met at Justin & Lauren’s gorgeous wedding back in March. Immediately, we hit it off … especially once I found that she was a JMU Alumni!!! We love our purple community! Coincidentally, I had the JMU Alumni styled shoot coming up that following Thursday so I had to ask if she would be able to join our creative team. She was a blessing to have there! Jennifer brought her adorable little girl, Isla with her which of course brought smiles to our faces seeing her run around … that girl has no fear! Not long after the shoot together, she asked to have some professional head shots done for her new and upcoming website! We decided to mix it up with some family portraits as they have NEVER had professional shots done of the family together. From a photographers standpoint, it is so important to remember these young years as they will fly by faster than you could ever imagine … seriously, can you believe we are already entering into May of 2014? Where are the years going?! I have to keep reminding myself to step back and REALLY appreciate these moments. Glad to have blessed this family with these memories. <3
Jennifer is SUCH a sweetheart! Very easy to get along with and her fashion is spot on! Every piece of accessory was put on effortlessly. I keep joking that I need to take her shopping with me … but really, I’m not kidding! I think I may need to take a trip out to Charming Charlie soon. 😉 Not to mention, while I was editing through her and her family’s photos, I could not help but to “AWE” over their eyes! That may sound weird? Probably. I think you will definitely notice this too because they are striking!
