I love traveling to new places and SO honored to have been able to photograph this sentimental place for Phil and Allie, after all, West Virginia University is the very place where Phil popped the big question to Allie! 🙂 I’ve known Allie since the high school years and it is always amazing to watch and hear how in this short amount of time where life has guided us with careers and relationships. I could not be more happy for Allie finding this oh so sweet man and now we are in the single month digits until their big day! YAY! Allie could not stop smiling the entire session … I love that! They are both ready for this next chapter of their lives. 🙂 Along with their ADORABLE pups!!! I love this cute little family! CONGRATS Phil and Allie!

When Phil and I met, we had classes together all through college but never actually spoke to each other. Finally, the last semester of college, Phil finally worked up the courage to sit next to me in class but didn’t actually talk to me. 😉 We happened to be out at the same place two nights in a row where we recognized each other. The following day was a football game so he invited me to his tailgate. So of course my friend and I went! Haha. Phil would always make excuses to hang out by saying he needed to study, when I would study all night while he watched Netflix and he would STILL get a better grade then me. HA! So we started hanging out more and more often going to football games, going out on the town, and spending time together after classes.

When he proposed, he made plans for us to go up to Morgantown with some friends for a weekend. I knew something was suspicious when he told me we could stay at a nice hotel and he would take care of everything. 😉 Haha! .. So we went up to Morgantown and after being there for a little while he told me he wanted to take a walk through campus. So Phil and I were walking around downtown and I could tell he was starting to get nervous. So I was talking about something (LOL, I don’t even remember what) and he completely cut me off in the middle of a sentence and nervously started telling me how much he loved me and how he wanted to be with me forever. Before I knew it he was down on one knee with the ring!! And of course our friends were following us so they got pictures of the whole thing! 🙂

Thank you Phil and Allie for having me come to WVU to capture these precious memories for you both! I cannot wait for your wedding day next May!!!! xoxo
