This past weekend really felt like a weekend off! My wedding season is slowing down and last month I had a couple Saturdays off but they weren’t really off. I always find myself thinking that I need to keep myself busy. Naturally I scheduled a workshop and worked on my friends wedding details the two Saturdays I had “off”. I was able to spend time with Kyle this weekend and it was amazing being able to BE there with him! I’m typically missing events due to my hectic schedule, but we were both able to attend a family birthday event and enjoy our time there. 🙂 Halloween night was as relaxing as I had hoped for, except we didn’t have one trick-or-treater. I guess that is what happens when you live out in the middle of nowhere! Fortunately, no Pinterest Fails either from our Halloween dinner either! Yesterday, we were able to watch the Redskins football game together … we won’t talk much about that game now. I was able to finish off my weekend with creating my to do list last night for this coming up week. For once, I was able to sit down and start planning out submissions … that’s when you know things are starting to slow down and it feels so good! 🙂 I have SOOOOO many projects I want to conquer this winter season and I’m excited I can start looking into that very soon!
Speaking of soon … I cannot believe I will be decorating my house in 20 DAYS with Christmas lights and decorations!!!! With this cold weather coming in, it’s making me excited for the festive season. 🙂 Kyle and I will be going away for a week the end of this month and realized that since we won’t be getting back from our vacation until December 2nd, it would be more appropriate to decorate beforehand so we come back to ***CHRISTMAS***! 🙂 Cannot wait!!!!
Here’s what to look forward to on the blog this week! 🙂
