Leading up to Brian and Courtney’s wedding day, everyone could not stop talking about the dreaded Hurricane Joaquin. After a LOT of praying, I was thrilled to see that the track steered away from us! I felt as though we were already covered by a rain cloud for over a week and the last thing we would want is downpour rain and strong winds. Brian and Courtney were so fortunate to only have light rain which was very doable for portraits outside. 🙂 They were absolute troopers running around the vineyard in their wedding attire! We seemed to be lucky with the rain because as we were wrapping up the bridal party photos, the rain came pouring down so it was basically the ideal time if it had to rain. We kept a close eye on the radar so we were able to run out 10 minutes later to finish up the groomsmen portraits. 🙂 It always works out!
And what can I say about the reception … It was a FUN group of family and friends! They kept the dance floor packed ALL night long with so much enthusiasm … with a little help of wine and awesome music. 😉 Haha! Really though, everyone was there to help celebrate this beautiful occasion and I have fallen in love with these two! I found myself crying with the crowd when Courtney was dancing with her father and out of nowhere, Brian surprised Courtney’s mom with a dance as well. They did the same with Brian’s parents and I thought that was so unique and special. <3 I know that they have a solid future together with the foundation of their marriage around Christ. Honored they had me document these special moments for them to pass down for generations to come.
Thank you Brian and Courtney for an incredible day! It is obvious how much you two are adored by your family and friends. 🙂 I cannot wait to see where the future takes you and I hope you are having the BEST honeymoon time!!!! Congrats and enjoy this little preview of your wedding day! XOXO!
