I remember meeting Chris and Beka in my office last winter where we had the chance to get to know each other a little better. I could have talked with them for HOURS! They are so down to earth, funny and genuine. I specifically remember them talking about how excited they were to have cronuts at their wedding! What is a cronut? Well, I’ll leave that up to you to find out for yourself! It’s amazing! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Flash forward to Saturday, it was fortunately a beautiful fall day at Sunset Crest Manor! I know it can be a gamble planning your outdoor wedding in mid-November, but it worked out! It wasn’t too long ago where I remember having snow on Halloween, so needless to say we were lucky it wasn’t THAT cold!

Chris and Beka’s wedding started off with an abundance of excitement, many hugs as well as tears. Beka’s bridesmaids, parents and Chris put together a book with hand written letters for her to open before the ceremony started. Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! Of course emotions overcame Beka as she read each letter and then had to welcome in her father to see her dressed up. Once the tears were recovered, she walked down to the beautiful mountain view to see her beloved soon-to-be-husband. Many laughs were shared as they admired one another in disbelief that the day has come! After we had fun running around taking photos, they were off to get hitched! The ceremony was nothing but magical as the sun set behind them throughout the ceremony. I immediately saw a photo opportunity and grabbed them quickly for a sunset photo after they had their celebratory hugs. Glad they were able to quickly run out before enjoying cocktail hour with their guests. 🙂 They celebrated their marriage with closest family and friends in the barn as they danced the night away!
