The day started at 7:20 a.m. at the beautiful Hank’s Christmas Tree Farm in Markham, Virginia! The sun was starting to rise over the mountains in sight. Gorgeous way to start the day with the Johnson family! Although, we were in a CHILLY 28 degrees … WHEW! I came prepared with many layers but after running around on the frozen ground, I realized that it started to thaw by 9 a.m. which meant that the ground was pretty wet. My leather boots were soaked! Oops! Guess I need to take the time to condition them. 😉 It was all worth it as I will take it over last year’s mini sessions! It was FREEZING the entire day and at least this year was more mild. 🙂 Towards the end of the day, Jacob and Felicia decided to make this a session to remember! They came dressed in long johns! What a great way to end the day because we laughed the entire time together. I loved every minute of Saturday and looking forward to sharing two more blog posts of photos with you next week!
Thank you ALL for coming out Saturday and making the most of our short time together!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Here are some of my favorites! XOXO!
