Best of 2015 | Reception Details

Each couple has their own vision for their special day. The details they decorate the reception space really tune in the “look” they were after and most of the time, the vision is reflected in the venue atmosphere to bring in that awe factor. 🙂 The creative team they hire to make this vision come to life, between the planner/baker/florist/stationery designer/rentals/etc. all play important roles! So sometimes it is worth it to splurge on your florist to bring in that beautiful color pallet you selected. 🙂

This post is a fun one because I’m sharing how my brides decorated their reception spaces this past year! Whether the theme was rustic or baseball or simplistic or industrial or woodsy or destination, there are SO many beautiful ideas out there!!! I love how these brides made their vision their own and they all turned out GORGEOUS! I’m fortunate to make the time to capture these little details for my couples. When you think about it, majority of the time the couple does not have the chance to check out the reception space before guests claim their spot in the room. Having these “clean” images without any purses in the way are a great representation of what the guests were able to admire before the bride and groom were able to. This is exactly why I make the time to document these fun details! ESPECIALLY when they spent so much time putting together the details to be displayed for that short period of time. 🙂
