Lee & Brittany | Woodstock, Virginia Covered Bridge Engagement Photographer

It’s funny the way Brittany found my website. We met in my home office for our initial meeting when she told me she was on Instagram browsing #coveredbridge (or something similar) when she ran across my work. It caught me by surprise because I don’t feel like I utilize Instagram as much as I should in my business. To be honest, it can be difficult to balance all social media platforms, but I’m so thankful Instagram connected us! They are so sweet and sincere! 🙂

When identifying their ideal engagement backdrop, a covered bridge was without a doubt the place! I did a lot of researching around the area and found that Meems Bottom Covered Bridge in Woodstock, Virginia was our best bet and the closest location to us. Funny thing is I have photographed at Meems Bottom Covered Bridge years ago! It’s probably how Lee and Brittany found me. 🙂 I was excited to venture back to this location, although I forgot how beautiful the surroundings were! It was a popular place for pictures because other sessions were occurring when we arrived. Fortunately, everyone was super friendly, and we were able to work around the other sessions and cars. Oh yes, this bridge is a busy one! Haha! We were careful and patient! 🙂 Worth it!!
