Happy snow day!!! 🙂 Especially to those who are out of school, both kids and staff members. Waking up to snow on a Monday made me want to stay in bed. I know I’m not the only one who felt this way. 😉 I have no excuse to not work today since my office is only steps away from my bedroom. Haha!
I don’t typically go to bridal shows, but when you’re asked to be a preferred vendor at your favorite venue, you cannot say no. 😉 It was fun hanging out with friendors yesterday. 🙂 Although once I got home, I was exhausted and enjoyed a rare lazy Sunday evening by ordering in pizza and binge watched How I Met Your Mother. Haha!
Yesterday was especially needed after losing one of the sweetest grandfathers I had the honor of knowing for about 15 years. One of my best friends lost her grandfather this past week and it was rough because it was a battle he was fighting for over a year. Heaven gained an angel, for sure. He had a heart of pure gold and always walked around with a smile on his face. He is already missed by many, but he was surrounded by some of the most loving people on this earth. Saturday was a beautiful celebration of his life and we know that he was there in spirit, happy to see his family together.
As you know from reading my 2017 goals, I wanted to redesign my bridal magazine. Well, I finished it and it’s off to print! Wahoo! It was a few years ago when I initially created the magazine, but gosh, it was about time I updated it with recent photos, simplified the design and reedit the content. Cannot wait to have these new magazines in my hand to send out to my 2017 brides!! 🙂
