I cannot believe, this time a year ago, I had just bought my first home! I have posted many projects over the past year, but this post is fun seeing everything together! Believe me, the projects haven’t stopped. 😉 I’m currently in the midst of creating custom kitchen drawer dividers for my utensils, and I hope to work on my garage next. THAT will be something worth photographing … It’s a disaster! 😉
I’m SO thankful for this space I can call home. I have to pinch myself! It’s the biggest investment, but it’s so much better than renting over time. The payment from my old rental house compared to this space is just about the same, which is crazy to think! And I’m able to do whatever I want! Worth it!!
This home has not only been a home to me, but to so many. I love welcoming family and friends over as a place to serve and love. We have created countless memories between the Holidays, sleepovers, wine nights and so much more. I’m so thankful for a place to gather and enjoy their company. Cannot wait to see where this house leads me next. 🙂
It’s crazy to see this dirt lot below. I had no idea what adventure I was diving into, but I knew it was all God’s work and blessing!
I knew with the right talent, this curb appeal could be transformed!
And it did transform, thanks to Permasapes! If you want to check out the process, check out THIS blog post!
I was inspired to take on wood projects, so I prepped the space for trim work. 🙂
Check out how I did this HERE!
I found this ceiling medallion at Restore for $10! BINGO!
I also found these chandeliers at Restore for a great price as well, except I painted this right chandelier to blend with the living room space. See how I painted it HERE!
I also changed out the builder grade hardware with something with a little more character. 🙂
Changed out all of the cabinet hardware as well as installed these brass pendant lights over the island. Love!!! See more kitchen photos HERE!
This TV stand was one of my first projects before diving into the bigger ones. Check out the project HERE!
I asked my project manager to not hang the wire shelving so I could do this! This project was simple and cost less than $25! Check out more HERE!
Because I opted to have a half bathroom downstairs instead of a coat closet, I had to find a unique way to create a “mud room space.” I love the turnout! Check out how you can create this space HERE!
This was a fun project! I didn’t think I was going to have a TV in my bedroom, well, I ended up buying one and had to figure out how to hang it. Not only did I figure that out with the thanks of my mom, but I built this TV frame! Check out how you can do this HERE!
I haven’t shared much from this sweet ocean-inspired guest bedroom yet (another blog post), but I love this fun canopy project! Check out the blog post HERE!
One of my most recent projects, I took on a painting job and framed the master bathroom mirror. 🙂 Love the space!!! Check out how you can build this frame HERE!
And you remember this table I repurposed! If you missed it, check it out HERE! I’ll be posting how you can do this to your table next week! 🙂
This was a fun little project for my bedroom! I bought this little chair for basically nothing and reupholstered/painted it to blend match the decor style. Love the turnout! Check out the gaudy pink before photos HERE!
My business has a home! 🙂 Check out more photos HERE!
Cannot wait to share more over the months ahead! 🙂
