My sweet, sweet, SWEET Wyatt! I’ve been excited to feature these photos for a while, but my blog was SLAMMED for the past weeks with weddings and portrait sessions. When I had the first opportunity to meet Wyatt right after he was born back in September, I had to bring my camera and document his cute little self while he was tiny. They grow up so fast and whenever Bethany updates me with a photo, I’m in disbelief how much he has already grown in a short amount of time! As much as I love Wyatt, I also REALLY love his parents. <3 Bethany and I met back in 9th grade, and she has been so dear to me since then. She’s one of the most kind, gentle, adventurous women I know!!! Our sense of humor with COUNTLESS inside jokes still carry on 15-years later! I’m looking forward to another 15+ years of adventures and memories together! 🙂

It was about this time last year when Bethany and I got together for a 5k Jingle Run when she told me they were hoping to start a family. 🙂 I could not be more excited for her and Justin because I knew they would be incredible parents. 🙂 And gosh, looking at them now, they have exceeded the limits of “incredible.” But before I dive into that, rewind to the Jingle Run… We talked a lot about hope for the future, and it was so nice to be able to have encouraging, girl talks with one of my besties!!! <3 Fast forward to mid-February when we were about to sign up for the 10k Savage Race, Bethany started the conversation by saying she couldn’t participate in the race … BECAUSE THEY WERE PREGNANT!!!! My heart bursted! Nine months flew by, and Bethany rocked the preggo look so well! They welcomed their sweet boy on September 6th, and Wyatt could not be loved more!! When I had the opportunity to take some quick portraits of Justin, Bethany, and Wyatt together, their happiness was so evident!!! Gosh, the way Bethany smiles looking at Wyatt will melt anyone’s heart. 🙂 I hear her laughing through these photos below!! It’s crazy to think back to our high school years and to see where Bethany is now — I couldn’t be happier that she found the PERFECT man for her and have the cutest little boy to love every day of his life. <3 I am one proud Aunty Stephy!!!! I love this family so so so much!!
