Today’s post is all about the pretty!!! 🙂 I was going to blog about my first year with Ollie, but I’m going to save that fluffy cuteness for next week. 😉 Now that I’m prepping for my own wedding this summer, I see even more reason why to have these little details documented before diving into the day. A lot of times, some of these key details I photograph (particularly the jewelry) might be a family heirloom or a bride’s “Something old or borrowed.” There’s a lot of thought and money designated to make “the look” come together. The dress, jewelry, shoes, invitation, etc. all say so much about the couple’s personalities as well. Of course, the day isn’t all about the details, but having them documented shares the current trends of today. That is something worth sharing in the future! I think back to my parent’s wedding album and the details my mother wore that captured the 80s. But I have to say that she was pretty darn classy for the 80s! 😉 From a photographer’s point of view, I love diving into the bridal details first thing to get my creative juices flowing before documenting the day! I cannot wait to see what my couples put together for me this year! <3
Enjoy looking through all of the sparkles!
