It’s Monday and I’m feeling recovered from this past weekend. 🙂 Or mostly recovered after 10 hours of sleep last night! I’m getting so so so excited thinking that June isn’t that far away and I get to marry my best friend SOON!!! We have been finding ways to make the long distance easier on us and I think we are doing a great job after almost two months of not seeing each other. So on that note … I’m trying to see if there’s a way to see Alex this coming Easter weekend!!! Eeeepp! I’m getting excited thinking about it!!!! <3 Lots to do if it’s going to happen so let’s catch up with the weekly “Coffee Talk Monday!!”

BACHELORETTE WEEKEND!!!!!
I keep reflecting the past weekend and feel SO loved and grateful for my best friends!! Alex and I are SOOOO ready for June 21st to be here and say “YESSSS!!!!” to forever, but it was awesome getting together with my besties for a weekend in Richmond! Each of them has supported and encouraged me over the years (some almost a lifetime), and most importantly, they love Alex! Cannot wait to celebrate with them again in June!!! AH!
We started this trip 90s style and saw the Bayside Tigers perform!!! By far, my favorite memory from this weekend!!! It was so much fun getting dressed up and jamming out to our favorite 90s songs!
We spent Saturday day bouncing around different Charlottesville vineyards! I got “wined” out by the end of it and DEFINITELY couldn’t really drink this cider. WHEW. And this was only HALF of the table!!! Glad the gals helped. 😉 My sister made CUTE shirts and mine said, “Pop the Champagne, I’m changing my last name!” SO cute!!
Of COURSE, we enjoyed Mexican food for our special dinner at Maya — SO GOOD. Then after a drink on a rooftop bar, we went back to the hotel to enjoy some PJ/girl time!
Sunday morning, we feasted at the Fancy Biscuit (YUMMM!) and walked around Belle Isle for some much-needed activity! After a very productive weekend, 10 hours of sleep was exactly what the doctor called for last night!!! 😉 I CANNOT WAIT to gather everyone together again in June and jam out to “This is How We Do It” on the dance floor!!!

SPRING SHOWERS
I’ve been wearing my rain boots a lot lately, but I am glad that the spring showers have been mostly spotty so Ollie and I can enjoy our daily walks! And I loveeee seeing the landscaping starting to show some color again. 🙂 Spring is definitely here!

NEW FRIENDS!
I met with Jes Frank at Bride and Joy and loved exploring the collection, but most importantly, I loved getting to know Jes! I love how this industry connects me with so many different business professionals and hearing their stories. I felt like we were kindred spirits! I cannot wait to showcase some of her pretty pieces at Alex and my wedding!!!

TORNADO THREATS
So I don’t have a photo to showcase for this and hopefully never will have a picture to show … But since I was little, I’ve never been a fan of thunderstorms! And living by myself doesn’t help. I cannot wait to move in with Alex and have some company as we deal with bad storms and tornado threats … ALTHOUGH … I didn’t think where I was moving had tornado threats like Virginia. But Florida does indeed! I just hope the Air Force doesn’t take us to the mid-west in the future… This girl will be living in the basement!!! HA!
HAPPY MONDAY, EVERYONE!!!!
