I feel very grateful Sam and Brandon were introduced in my life in 2015! Since then, they tied the knot, started a family, and built one of the prettiest homes! A lot has changed, but I’m glad that we have stayed connected over the years. <3 Sam and Brandon are some of the sweetest, kindest people!!! And I love that they are expanding their family because I know they will raise their kids to be loving people just as they are. <3 You might remember this darling couple from their last session with me on Skyline Drive! That incredible sunset… So dreamy. I am so convinced they have the best luck with sunshine! Since their engagement session back in 2015, they have had sunshine for every. single. session. as well as their wedding day! All of them without postponing! That’s rare!! Speaking of pretty light, it was not difficult finding pretty light around Brandon and Sam’s property for this family/maternity session. 🙂 Honestly, though, their home was MADE for photography!!! Holy moly. They should consider AirBnB if they plan to be out of town because not only is their home situated back in the woods where it’s so private and cozy, but their home looks like it was straight out of Southern Living magazine!!! I’m not wrong on that because they bought home plans from Southern Living! No wonder. 😉 The interior is light and airy which is my dream space!!! I could have easily stayed inside photographing this family in every corner, but as much as they love their home, they LOVE the outdoor lifestyle! They hope to one day have their own little farm going on — Uhhhh, can I pause and say that they are living the Chip and Jo DREAM. HA! I’m just going to live through them. 😉 Really, though, I could not be any happier for them!!! I love watching them blossom over the years and know that this is only the beginning. <3
