Gosh, I cannot believe I went an entire week without blogging last week! Fortunately, things are picking back up a little bit so I have some VERY fun and beautiful posts to share with you all in the coming weeks!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 I’m SUPER excited! But this week, I’ll be celebrating EIGHT years in my business as well as Alex and my first wedding anniversary on Sunday! Crazy!!! It has been the best year with Alex and I’m looking forward to forever with my best friend. <3

I “DONUT” BELIEVE I TURNED 32!

Somehow, I managed to take more photos of food than the activities we did together… HA! We soaked up some sunshine and relaxed on 30A on my Bday weekend before a tropical storm came in. 🙂 Glad we snuck a trip in beforehand!!

DOG DAYS

We have been enjoying the slower pace lifestyle lately. 🙂 Ollie REALLY loves it too! Haha! As much as we want to be traveling, we are taking advantage of these slower days…. BUT hopefully traveling will be a thing in the near future for us (see the post below titled “The Outdoor Life” why we won’t be traveling together for a while… No thanks, Air Force)!

BACK TO WORK!!!! 🙂

I’ve missed working SO much. Due to COVID, I haven’t been able to photograph any weddings and that also meant many of my couples postponed their sessions as well. Now that things are slowly reopening, I’m back behind my camera and LOVING it! 🙂 I cannot wait to share all of my new work with you all with more to come soon!!!

THE OUTDOOR LIFE

If only we could live in a place that had both beautiful mountains AND the clearest water… The first place that comes to mind is Hawaii! HAHA! That will not happen, but a vacation there sounds nice, right?! I’m not sure about you all, but I really miss adventuring. Due to the Air Force restrictions, Alex isn’t allowed to sleep outside of our house until the travel ban is lifted. As of now, it’s June 30th, but they are talking about extending it to August 15th! CRAZY. We were REALLY hoping to go camping/stay in a cabin this coming weekend for our Anniversary, but I guess we will have to save it for another time. Hopefully, we will see these views again in the near future. <3

THREE WEEKS WITHOUT HOT WATER

I cannot believe Alex and I went THREE weeks without a running dishwasher, hot showers, and laundry! But we made it and have hot water again!!!! 🙂 Now we have a TON of drywall cut outs around our home that we need to fix. I realized we don’t have some of the original paint colors either… HAHA! So we are up for a painting challenge! 😉
