Kristy reached out to me before her vacation trying to find a Destin, Florida family photographer for their large group. š While I typically don’t take on large groups, we decided to break it down to 15-minute mini sessions! It worked like a charm to make sure all three families had their time in front of the camera!! š It brought me back to the Christmas mini session days back in Virginia where I would photograph 16 families in one day ā I ran on adrenaline the entire time!!! So much fun capturing different personalities ā And that was the same for this group. š Anna, Ashley, Kristy along with their families came dressed up in the sweetest outfits, making all three sessions so photogenic!
We met on Okaloosa Island at Beasley Park to avoid the crowds (AMEN!). It turned out to be a beautiful, although humid, evening. But as soon as we made our way over to the water, the breeze kicked in and fortunately worked with the lighting! There are times when the wind/breeze is blowing away from the sun which can be tricky to work to create a comfortable session. But the “Beyonce fan” worked in our favor this evening!!! š Haha! Everyone came prepared with smiles and a great attitude, which made this session a BREEZE (no pun intended ;)) to photograph!! Enjoy some of my favorites from each mini session!
