Happy Monday, ya’ll! <= It takes a lot of coffee to think of Monday as “happy.” So drink up! 😉 Going into last Monday, I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of “to-dos” on my list. After all, not only do I have deadlines for my business to meet before I go on maternity leave, but the baby will come when he desires and I was nowhere close to being ready. Going into this week, I feel a lot better after crossing some things off my list!!! Now I have a more optimistic approach to my list. 🙂 This doesn’t mean that it won’t take time and work because there is a lot to still do, but I feel more assured that it will get done. 🙂 And I’m managing to squeeze in a little baby stuff in after my work is done for the day, thanks to Alex’s long work hours. One bonus of his 72+ hour work week! But I cannot wait to have him around again so we can spend quality time together before the big debut next month. 🙂 Check out what happened this past week!!!
THE SWEETER MEMORIES FROM THIS PAST WEEK
EDIT. EDIT. EDIT.
After a crazy, jam-packed schedule in Virginia/Florida, I’m all caught up editing/delivering portrait sessions!!! Now my focus for the next two weeks is to edit/finalize wedding edits, blogging, emails, album designs, and packages! 🙂 It is hard to believe that this is the last bit of work before I go on maternity leave!!! WEIRD. It’s especially weird because this is the first year I won’t be offering Christmas mini sessions. 🙁 But I’m hoping to pick it back up next year!
34 WEEKS AND COUNTING
Yikes!!! Are we really 34-weeks in already?! Exciting and terrifying at the same time. 😉 It is SO weird seeing my stomach moving all of the time, but I know I’m going to miss this season. I’m soaking it in!!! I still have nooooo idea what we are getting ourselves into next month! Ha… Ha… haaaaa…. 😉
Alex and I had maternity portraits done at our local beach to celebrate this season by Rachel Graham Photography. 🙂 I’m so glad that we have some precious moments documented!! And this dress from Baltic Born was perfect for this backdrop!!! 🙂

LONG WORK HOURS
Alex isn’t seeing much sunlight these days with his super long work hours. But as soon as he gets home in time for a late dinner and snuggles with Ollie, we are grateful for any amount of time with him! We miss him during our morning rise and evening walks, but look forward to having him back on “schedule” next week!!! 🙂 I cannot wait for more hubby time!!!
Happy Monday, everyone!!
