Today is all about the Virginia wedding party portraits!!! 🙂 I love sharing some of my favorite captures from last year — Especially when looking through a collection of images like this below. So much joy and laughter!!! Not to mention, I love seeing the trends of 2020 reflecting in these images … Hello, VELVET! Oh, they rocked the look!!! In fact, I just photographed a groom who sported a velvet jacket — The trend continues!! So cozy and a nice texture that everyone wants to pet! Hahaha! I also loved the mix of subtle colors as well as BOLD! Emerald green tones for the winter wedding, pinks/blues for the spring/summer seasons, and jeweled tones for fall. All of these worked so well for the season and the backdrop!! Especially paired with beautiful florals that brought the entire look together.
Besides the pretty details that we all love, it was the company that made these photos one of a kind. I was happy to see my couples were able to celebrate with their best friends from around the country to make their day extra special. <3 And looking through these photographs have me even MORE excited to photograph celebrations again!!! I only have a few more blog features to share before wrapping up the “Best of 2020.” And then it’s time to kick off the 2021 wedding season!! 🙂 Enjoy checking out these beautiful wedding party portraits below!
