Typically, I organize a full afternoon of Christmas mini-sessions every year. In fact, I don’t think I’ve missed one year (minus the year my son was born in 2020) since the second year of my business in 2013. But this year was a little different due to the busy season (I’m definitely counting on it next year!!!)! 🙂 But I managed to squeeze in these minis for family friends of mine in between business trips. Naturally, I had to post them on the blog just in time for Christmas! There are photographer regulations when photographing at Forest Bend Farm, but this was the perfect backdrop for their Christmas portraits.
When I was researching the perfect Christmas backdrop in Colorado for Christmas photos, my local friends recommended Forest Bend Farm! The owner was so gracious to have us, and they offered so many fun activities for families of all ages. I want to take my son there to experience the Christmas magic! 🙂 It was a freezing evening, but they braved the freezing temps with their 1.5-year-old, and created joyful memories! Plus, Rachael always dreamt of having snowy Christmas portraits. We unexpectedly got three inches of snow this morning that lingered around long enough for their portraits — Talk about luck!
