For the past four years, I have hosted “Christmas Mini Sessions” around the first week of December. It’s a great way to get into the Christmas spirit, especially since I have photographed the mini session portraits at a local Christmas tree farm! Perfect for those Christmas cards! There are so many who want a weekend time slot during the fall season. Fall is the most popular time for photographers in the Virginia area because the fall foliage only happens for a short amount of time. When looking at my session calendar, I’m booked up until Thanksgiving week which leaves no room for fall portraits. I’m so sad to respond back to emails saying that I have no flexibility for the fall season BUT this day of mini session solves that problem!

So what are the pros of this fall mini session day?

1. I don’t book portrait sessions over the weekends because of the wedding season but this Fall Mini Session day gives couples and families the opportunity to book a weekend time slot with me!
2. It’s more affordable compared to my full lifestyle session.
3. Looking for professional quality portraits for your Christmas/New Year cards!
4. Maybe your family cannot handle being in front of the camera for an extended amount of time. 15 minutes is just enough time to document some picture perfect moments without dragging feet.
