I’m not going to tell you how many hours I pondered over this office space … before I even moved into my new place, I was dreaming of what it would look like! And of course Pinterest took over my vision of what I hoped for it to look like. I mean, what girl would not look at Pinterest and see the AMAZING home decor and only wish for it to be one day their dream house! After piecing one thing after another, my office started to come together! Many trips to Ikea, Home Goods, Target … but the great thing was that in the end, it speaks to who I am in my business! That was the most important thing when I was decorating and putting each puzzle piece together was for it to embody my brand elements.
After sitting down in my office chair after placing the last photo in the picture frame, I looked around with an “awe” of having an actual office space!!! You see, I came from my parents house where I was running by business out in the hallway. Not the most ideal, but it worked for the meantime. I never wanted to bring my office into my bedroom because I truly believe that business should not mix with personal life … ESPECIALLY in a resting area of the house. So the hallway it was! Now, to think that I have an entire room dedicated to my business where I can actually have clients over to chat about their wedding day is just a dream come true! πΒ When you walk into my office, of course you see pink, white furniture, lace, my personal and business photography … but you also will smell roses filling up the room. Finally, my business has a HOME! And pixie does too as she LOVES her cat tree! Haha!
Well, I have been ANXIOUSLY waiting to share this post with you for a long time as I have been dreaming about this space … now it is reality and can share it with you and my future clients! π Enjoy!!!

The hanging plant was probably one of the first things to go up in my office … I had no clue what else I was going to do with the rest of the space, but I was for sure going to have a hanging basket! Lol!

Right behind their photo is a painting my friend, Stephanie, did for me with my logo on it saying, “Moments by Stephanie Messick Photography” … She’s SO talented and it was a HUGE surprise! π
My siblings and I. π We have such a goofy and quirky relationship that was not discovered until we grew up … after all the fighting we did when we were younger. Haha!
