I LOVE the snow! In fact, when growing up in Southern Fauquier County I always thought how awesome it would be to live in Northern Fauquier since I was always jealous of all of the snow they would get in the mountains. Now I live in Northern Fauquier County, so I was PUMPED for the winter to arrive … but I may be biting myself for wishing this! I woke up at 5 a.m. with the power out, so I of course bundled up in my blankets until 10:30 a.m. realizing that the power was not going to turn on … I eventually had to get up and figure out what to do and how in the world I was going to get my work done today. The house was FREEZING at a brutal 54 degrees and I had no way of doing my online work (blog/email) … so when I was about to get ready and head down south to my parents, the owners of my house stopped by with a generator! Sayyy what?! Such a blessing! Had no clue they would do that and it came just in time before I took off for the day. Now, time to get back into the groove of things! š
Here’s what happened this past weekend…
SNOW + ICE. And lots of it!
I held mini sessions on Sunday and coincidentally when the snow storm hit! So having my clients at a Christmas tree farm with the snow was like a winter wonderland! So perfect!
I hope everyone was able to enjoy their snowy weekend! š
