This posting came just in time for all of those with a snow day today! Currently, I’m at Massanutten ski resort trying to take advantage of the winter season. 🙂 I LOVE snow! I thought I would enjoy the snow more being in school and having the news report saying “no school” … but I have found that as an adult I have reason to still LOVE snow! 🙂 Besides the fact of sledding, board games, get togethers, curling next to the fire, baking, etc. I have fallen in love with snow portraits! Ever since photographing my mini sessions in the snow, I have been craving to have one again! Finally, a month later I had the opportunity come up and I could not back down. I will admit though, this session was not quite as comfortable as my previous snow session, temperature wise. As we photographed this session with the wind chills in the single digits … so these portraits only lasted for 20 minutes because of how COLD and numb we were. But it is okay because looking back … SO worth it! 🙂
