Jonah and Hannah are MARRIED!!! Wahoo! I’m so glad my brother (Hannah’s “Dude of Honor”) introduced me to Jonah and Hannah because they are a ray of sunshine! I love looking through these photos and seeing their happiness and genuine mannerisms! Hannah has a way to brighten your day and make everyone feel loved. Her smile is contagious!! Jonah makes her smile SO big, even when he’s not around, which is darling. 🙂 After Hannah got into her BEAUTIFUL dress, she quietly sat down to read his vows they privately exchanged before the ceremony. Her eyes filled with tears and all she could do was hold onto his vows tightly against her heart. The day was only just starting! 🙂

Apparently, Hurricane Nate heard about Jonah and Hannah’s party and wanted to crash it all the way from Louisiana! Haha! Fortunately, we were able to make the most of their portraits outside anyways!! 🙂 To play it safe, Jonah and Hannah had their wedding inside, because when we checked the radar, it was so unpredictable!! However, they had the most ideal situation to make sure portraits still happened outside! Their wedding occurred on a Sunday afternoon, giving up the flexibility to run outside at any given time if rain picked up at a certain point. Thank goodness I didn’t have to pull them outside during the reception, but I loved that we had that option just in case!!

Jonah and Hannah absolutely adore their fur babies. In fact, they had Maggie, their Great Pyrenees, be a part of their wedding ceremony. I was so surprised seeing how well behaved she was in front of everyone! Julien has a Great Pyrenees dog, so it was fun meeting another one of her “polar bear” kind. 🙂 What was sweet about having Maggie there was the photo of their beloved Callie around her neck. I’m glad they were able to include their pups on their special day. <3 After many laughs and tears throughout the ceremony, Jonah and Hannah were pronounced as husband and wife! It was almost party time!!

People walked around the terrace, admiring the beautiful view of the distant mountains throughout cocktail hour. We were all over that during the portrait time! 😉 Haha! Thank you, Krysta, for being a HUGE help during this wedding! From helping Hannah’s dress to photographing the groomsmen portraits and organizing the family portraits, you made this day run smoothly! I wish I had a photo I could share with you all of Krysta running around behind me as we tried to get Maggie’s attention for photos. 😉 Haha! It was pretty comical! After we finished running around outside, we were able to go inside and cool off just in time for the reception!

It was fun being a part of the wedding, along with my family. My sister made a SUPER tasty cake … Oh heavenly pumpkin cake!! *drool* I loved that Jonah and Hannah wanted to embrace the fall theme, even in their cake flavors. Kind of a comical side note: Jonah has a love for swords and other “gadgets”. So during the cake cutting, he took out a sword and they cut the cake together. That had to be tricky, but they were pros! 😉 There was a lot of cake smashing, but all out of love! 😉 Besides the cake, they even had a sundae bar!! What a cute idea! The party went on until they departed surrounded by their loved ones and hundreds of bubbles! Beautiful day for a lovely and sweet couple! <3
