I think this is a first — my first time posting not just one, but TWO blog posts in one day. It’s a busy time of the year and I’m so grateful for couples like Clint and Alexis who make my “job” so much fun!!! 🙂 These two have always had a special place in my heart for many reasons. Anyone who knows them know that they are one of the sweetest, most kind, gentle couples with the BIGGEST hearts! I adore them to pieces and could not be more excited for them as they take on this exciting adventures as parents!!!! AH!

Clint, Alexis, and I go back to 2014 when I photographed their wedding day, but our connection happened well before then. I still remember their engagement session so vividly as we ran around Bethany Beach photographing on a misty morning at the crack of dawn. Roxy the pup was dolled up in a cute sign ready for her close up. 🙂 And this time around was nothing different! Roxy made another appearance for their maternity portraits, again ready for her close up with the cutest sign. 🙂 She’s such a good girl!!! We met at Sugarloaf Mountain in Maryland, and it was my first time visiting/photographing on the mountain. I was in AWE as we trekked upwards to find a beautiful view!!! But it wasn’t the view that made my heart so full; it was seeing Clint and Alexis together. There’s something so special documenting this exciting, yet terrifying, time of the maternity because it’s the final stretch of the pregnancy. But without a doubt, these two will be incredible parents to their little boy! <3 I am anticipating that “hello, world” announcement on FB!!! AH! I cannot wait!

Clint and Alexis (and Roxy), thank you so much for having me at such a special place to document this exciting time of your life! I could not be more thrilled to have documented this special point of your lives but also watch you two embark this new chapter! I hope you cherish this time together as you anticipate the arrival of your sweet baby! I am SO excited for you all!!! CONGRATS! enjoy this preview from our time together!!! XOXO!
