This photo above takes me back to Paris almost a year ago… Crazy how time has flown by since that trip! I’ll never forget how dang cold it was! HA! But Krysta and I were brave souls. 😉 I cannot wait to travel back but in warmer temps! Speaking of colder weather, can you believe we got snow last week!?!? I thought I heard we were anticipated to get a mild winter?! I love snow, but when there is a wind chill making it brutal to go outside, it’s not as fun. 😉 Also, I miss the good ole days of “no school!” — Still gotta work! 😉

On a quick side note … It’s Thanksgiving week!!!!! AHHH!!! The Holidays are here! 🙂 🙂 🙂 I love this time of the year! I only have two more sessions and a day of mini sessions until Christmas! Crazyyyyy!!! I’ve been working hard to cross off my to-do list so I can enjoy family and friend time this Holiday season. <3 This week is going to be busy-ish as I finalize a lot of edits, and I’m praying to not get sick!!! Lots of vitamins, water, and rest for me to ensure a sick-free Thanksgiving. 🙂 I also hope you all are staying healthy this sick time of the year!!!

FRIENDSGIVING!!

I loveeeee this time of the year!!!! A time to slow down and be intentional with family and friends. It’s so easy to take time for granted which is why it’s important to make it a point and gather! Yesterday, some of my high school friends and I were able to get together for some great conversations, laughs, and food!! I’m so grateful for everyone!

I felt so fancy because I let my wine breathe in a decanter I’ve never used before! 😉

I wanted to stick with a semi-low carb menu (of course I just caught a glimpse of the big bread basket front-centered in the photo below! HAHA!), so I made bacon wrapped asparagus, pecan/feta/strawberry salad, ham, chicken, and a homemade keto pie!!! It was delicious!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

FAMILY + FRIEND TIME

GUYS. I’m so so so excited that my schedule is starting to show signs of slowing down!!! 🙂 As much as I love the busyness of my business life, I have been going HARD and nonstop!! Since September 30th, I’ve had FOUR days off. That is no exaggeration. And during those days off, I believe I still put in at least a couple hours of work. But I love what I do sooooo much, and I also know it’s the time of the year!! This past week, I made sure to swing by and see a couple of friends, including little babes! <3

LOTS OF COFFEE + MUSIC

My everyday work life involves lots of coffee and music (recently Christmas music!!).

Ohhhh man. I LIVED off this coffee this past week. No joke. I about finished the entire bag in seven days! It’s SOOOO good and doesn’t include the heavy sugars since it’s grounded coffee beans. 🙂 YUM.

Also, on a side note, Alex and I LOVE the Greatest Showman! When Alex sent me the new playlist random artists put together, I don’t think we are convinced. As much as I love a lot of the super talented artists who put together the album, nothing beats Hugh Jackman!

SNOW?!

It’s November and we had a snow storm?!?!!? WHAT?! I typically loveeee the snow, but with walking a dog who can be picky about his potty spots … It was a pretty brutal experience outside last week. 😉 HAHAHAHA! We will find a system to make it not so painful in the future!!
