Colin, Nicole, and I met at one of my favorite downtown Warrenton coffee shops earlier this year to talk about dreams, plans, and get to know each other. š They originally wanted a winter shoot with potential snowfall, but obviously, we decided to go the way opposite direction and find the prettiest flowering location in May! And it was a hot one… Something tells me that we are going to be talking about this day on their winter wedding day. HA! Colin was such a trooper wearing this stylish outfit below!! He made it look easy while I was melting behind the camera. But gosh! I loveeee the results! And the sun came out here and there throughout our time together, but we really appreciated it when it was overcast. š Especially lighting-wise since Meadowlark has time restrictions. Fortunately, these two were down for a good, playful time!
The way Colin and Nicole work together just makes my heart so happy! And, goodness… they are an active bunch! Their adventures made me crave for my very own! Haha! Their stories were very inspiring. I loved getting to know them during our first cup of coffee, but I fell more in love with these two while they smiled and laughed with each other in front of my lens. š That joy will be even more prominent on their wedding day this coming winter (I feel like I need a GoT reference of, “WINTER IS COMINGGGG!” ā But actually, summer is great too as long as it’s not so dang hot!) while they are surrounded by their favorite people!! And I am so incredibly honored I get to experience that joy behind the camera with them. <3 For now, enjoy this preview from our time together!
