I hope you’re enjoying these final days of 2020 so far!!! I cannot believe the New Year is just around the corner. But I pray that you all stay safe and healthy during this season. This year has surprised all of us in so many ways, but it has reminded me to not put our Hope here in Earth! <3
Because we are just days away from popping out a baby, I’m going to spend my final bit of blog posts sharing a “bumpdate,” our Wyoming babymoon trip, and other personal posts! I cannot wait!!! But for now, here is a little catch up from this past week!

DAYS AWAY!!!!
GUYS! We are just days away from meeting our little guy! I cannot BELIEVE it!!!! <3 I feel like we are as ready as we will ever be! Crazy how quickly life is going to change … forever! We cannot wait to meet him face to face and tell him how much we already love him! <3

CHRISTMAS FESTIVITIES!!!
Christmas movies, hot chocolate, Christmas decor, and let’s not forget the infamous Harry & David pears … YUM! Some things that make my heart happy during this season! And when our power went out, we had an excuse to sit in silence and let the candles burn. I took that as my sign to slow down. <3

NURSERY SNEAK PEEK!
Things are coming together around our home! The nursery was a fun side project, but honestly, it’s nice for all of his things to have a home! I really didn’t think I was going to do a nursery since he will only enjoy it from 3/4 months until we move next summer. But the interior designer in me got excited by creating a place for him that we can migrate to our next home!
The nursery is not done, but here is a sneak peek!!! Neutrals with an understated National Park theme! I cannot wait to share what we’ve been working on. 🙂 Alex has worked SO hard putting together his furniture — So grateful for his patience!!! He spent his day off yesterday assembling a dresser with a bazillion pieces. I love him, but I have a feeling that our little guy is going to be obsessed with his amazing Dad! <3

These two keep things entertained… While one loves to sleep in the most awkward positions, the other loves watching Baby Yoda on the TV! HAHA! I cannot wait to see the dynamic of our family shape over the years to come with pets and babies!!

TIGHT SQUEEZE!
I’m getting to that point in pregnancy where I feel uncomfortable!!!! We cannot wait to meet him, but I’m looking forward to my body feeling better after labor/delivery recovery. Please pray for an easy, safe, and healthy delivery!!!! <3
