I’ll be wrapping up the rest of the “Best of 2013” next week! I thought it would be special to go through ceremony photos from pre-ceremony to the moment of departure. It’s important as a photographer to capture the unexpected and the expected moments … and because of that, every wedding uniquely the bride and grooms. 🙂 Look through some of my favorite photos from the ceremonies of 2013! I have found myself getting chills or tears every time the bride walks down the aisle … oh and if the groom starts to tear up you better believe I’m right there with them wiping tears off my face behind the lens! Haha! Each of my couples mean so much to me and I’m thankful and blessed to be able to create these memories for them to pass on to their grandchildren and generations to follow. 🙂
Enjoy some of my favorite ceremony photos of 2013!
Love capturing these behind the scenes moments praying together. A peaceful yet joyful way of remembering WHY we are all there. 🙂
Never seen this before, but love the idea! Selected family and friends of the bride each hold a rose in a circle. Each individual goes up to the bride and says something special to her whether it involves the past, present or future. The rose is given to the bride who then compiles them together to create her bouquet right before the ceremony. Loved witnessing and capturing this! Sooooo special!
Then its time to walk down the aisle. Love this when I see the father glancing to his daughter as she walks to her to-be husband. 🙂
Cannot forget their dog. 😉
And when the mother of the bride looks over to see her to-be son-in-law and cannot help but smile and tear up. 🙂
And of course, this priceless moment when the groom is shocked in awe seeing his to-be wife walking down the aisle.
A proud and excited father!
Then, the ceremony begins…
Love this daughter and mother moment!
Yes, that is an eagle flying overhead! How awesome!
Love seeing some giggles and smiles during the ceremony. 🙂
And … some tears. :’)
Precious moment of signing the wedding license between flower girl and bride. 🙂
Declared as HUSBAND AND WIFE!!!!
And they lived happily ever after. 🙂
