All photos are edited, packaged, backed up and shipped out of my office! I made it a goal of mine to have everything completely done before taking off for the beach tomorrow and it looks like I’m just about there minus a few other tasks. But I’ll be honest … I am SO ready for the beach!! I have been working as much as I possibly can and I need this little break to rejuvenate and jump start. The strange thing is that I feel as though I am taking less sessions than last year but I feel like I’m working just as hard or even more? Although, having Sundays off has been crucial to my recovery but I would absolutely say that I work on average 10 hours a day (Monday-Saturday). My goal is to make this number lower over the next year and to figure out solutions because it’s not healthy for my relationships (personal/family/friends). Whether it is taking in no portrait sessions next year and just focus on weddings/engagements … I’m not sure? But this winter time I want to sit down and refigure business strategies so I’m healthier in and outside of the business. 🙂
I’ll be out of the office July 12th-July 20th (with the exception of Ethan & Caitlin’s wedding on July 19th … whoop whoop!!! 🙂! I will continue blogging while I’m gone, so you can continue to see the latest photos/news! I’m doing something exciting with some of my brides tomorrow!!!! Eeep! I’m SO excited! I’ll be posting a photo on my Instagram of what we will be up to! Cannot wait!
