I’m surprised I’m so “with it” right now after waking up at 4:20 AM to photograph a DC sunrise session followed by a workout! It might be because photographing Keith and Lauren’s cherry blossom session was unbelievably magical?! Or because the DC traffic was soooo horrendous that it shook me awake? HA! I’ll take the first option and brainwash myself to believe I didn’t experience I-66 shut down in front of me… This is why I don’t take DC weddings. 😉 Anyways, I hope you all had a great and relaxing weekend! Finally, the weather decided to turn and the flowers/greenery are showing that!!! YAY! Time is ticking away and so are my “free” weekends before wedding season picks up the end of this month. This weekend will be fun because I’m celebrating my Bachelorette party with my favorite gals! It’s going to involve friends, adventures, jamming out to the classic 90s hits, and wine — My favorite!!! CANNOT WAIT. Until then, let’s catch up with coffee talk!!! <3

Ollie and I went for an afternoon hike on Saturday afternoon. <3 I’m trying to incorporate my activity into my daily lifestyle and what better way than a hike with my furry best friend? And … I said furry … Not slithery friend … EW.

WEDDING PROJECTS!!

The wedding signage is done and now I’m working on sewing them so I can check that off the list! 🙂 I’m also working on little details and just finished sending invites!!! WAHOO!!!!! When I was licking the envelopes, I couldn’t help but think of the Seinfeld episode — Know the wedding invite licking reference??? HAHAHAHA!!!!

OPEN HOUSE!

To put together an Open House is a lot of work because I’m a perfectionist and made my house look like a model home. I was so proud of it too!!! Haha! And I even made the yummiest cookies for everyone. 🙂 Although, it was very difficult working on my laptop in between visitors right next to this temptation! The results from yesterday? No buyer yet! YET! It’s still early, and it only takes ONE person to say YES. 🙂 Thanks to the friendly faces who popped in yesterday to eat some of my cookies!!! Haha! On the plus side, everyone RAVED what they saw so I know there is someone out there who will want to buy! 🙂 Gotta stay optimistic!!
