Craig & Erica | Fall Woodstock, Virginia Engagement Photographer

Let me start off by saying that I always love posting these two! You might be familiar with them since they are doing seasonal engagements. Started with this past spring at the Arlie gardens … to Chincoteague beach for their summer session … now their fall session in Woodstock! Feels like every season is just sneaking up and now we are preparing for their winter session. Before we know it, it will be their wedding day! 🙂 Cannot wait to see a collage of all of the seasons put together after the winter session is done! I’ve never done anything like this before with the same couple, so it is a cool concept! For their fall session, we went to where Craig grew up in Woodstock. Started out at the creepiest bridge around … really, it was not thattttt creepy but I did not like the fact that it was a swinging bridge! Oh yes,pretty scary. We then went to another bridge, the historic Meems Bottom Covered Bridge, which is known to be one of the oldest bridges around. What we didn’t expect is all of the traffic of cars traveling through. But we made it out alive! Haha! After that fun attraction, we hiked to a little creek where we thought we were interrupting a proposal … oh how embarrassing would that have been! Yes, thankfully it was not. No matter the circumstance, we had a blast running around from one place to another to capture the true fall atmosphere! And where better than in Woodstock, Virginia?! One of my favorite parts of the trip was finding a field with the tall grassy brown looking things … lol, I have no clue what it was … regardless, it was perfect for their fall themed photos! 🙂
