We are walking through my favorite 2016 photos and today, we are looking through the ceremonies I had the honor of helping them create memories they will cherish forever! 🙂 I made sure to not only include some of my favorite moments but also some details I thought were great ideas. From a rose petal display to a chest full of blankets for those colder weddings to both grandmothers walking down the aisle as flower girls, there are countless ideas out there!
More importantly, the ceremony is more than just the details. It’s a beautiful, sacramental time for two to become one. This past year, I had many couples who chose to write their own vows. It’s a heartfelt moment listening to their promises. It takes a lot of courage to stand in front of their families and pour out their feelings to each other and God, but there is something so special about that moment they will never regret. One thing I try to encourage my couples to look into a wedding videographer because they are able to take those vows and design the movie around it. Watching my couple’s video makes me tear up every time! Want to check out one of my favorite videographers in VA? Check out Simon Cook Film’s work HERE!!
