It’s another week of Coffee Talk Mondays, and despite this season being slower, I’ve managed to make it a busy one! I’m working on a few projects behind the scene (business and personal) and plan to pre-package a bunch of client gift/packages this coming week. This late summer/fall season is going to be a crazy one so I’m trying to prepare myself as much as possible now. I had SIX weddings postpone from April through the end of June. It saddens my heart that my couples had to make so many sacrifices during these times, but it’s reassuring to know that it’s not just a local thing. Everyone is going through this season together, which is why it’s so important to encourage each other! <3
Do you have a cup of coffee, tea, or water in hand? Let’s dive into this week’s “Coffee Talk Mondays” updates! 🙂

MOCHA MOMENTS
THE SWEETER MEMORIES FROM THIS PAST WEEK
1
SCHLOE TRAVELS LAUNCH!!!
This is exciting!!!! My family and I started a new thing on the web called, Schloe Travels! We want to share inspiring stories, photographs, and some tips we’ve learned from our adventures. Even though we are on “lockdown,” we hope our stories will inspire you to book somewhere awesome after the travel ban is lifted! 🙂

DAILY WALKS
As we are stressed to “stay indoors” doesn’t mean we cannot see the sunlight. Get your Vitamin D and go on a walk (while being cautious to those around you). I’ve appreciated my daily walks/runs with Ollie during this slow time. 🙂 Although, I’m not sure how much Ollie is enjoying the mileage we are hitting every day. HAHAHA!

BRICK WALL COFFEE FEATURE
This was such a FUN post to feature/write last week!!! If you missed it, check out one of Alex and my FAVORITE vendors from our wedding day! Brick Wall Coffee is SO GOOD.

CORONAVIRUS ENCOURAGEMENT
Even though our weeks are looking a little or a lot different, I’m finding encouragement all around. And that mostly starts by opening my Bible every morning. <3 I also love how technology is helping us get through this challenging season — Whether that is by finding in-home work out videos online or catching up with friends. I’m grateful! Especially for the DELICIOUS cookies from Copper House Bakery my sweet friend, Nurse Megan, sent Alex and me!! More reason why I need exercise videos and daily walks/runs because they were worth every bite. HAHA!

NIGHT SHIFT
I find myself adapting to Alex’s night shift hours easily… and that’s not a good thing! I’ve seen more my old habits of staying up late this past week than I have in a long time!!! It’s mostly when I find myself working on the computer. When I start a project, I cannot stop! Haha! So now I’m finding ways to distract myself from working while Alex works during the night. Like reading and watching the infamous, Tiger King. HA! It’s so weird.
