Oh boy, this has been a traveling weekend! It all started with Friday when I made the trip to my FAVORITE place on this earth, JMU! š I was so tempted to stay to watch the MRDs practice … but to say the least, it was ICKY outside! After raining for days, I was definitely praying for some daylight to make the days a little bit more joyful! I could never live up north where there are seasons where there is minimal sunlight. It would be hard to get through the days! Haha! I came back home to photograph a lovely local wedding on Saturday! So nice that it was local because afterwards, I was still able to make it one of my best friends surprise engagement party! Sunday, I prepared and left for a 3.5 hour trip down to Virginia Tech where I finished up my sessions on the road weekend! And my goodness, it was the way to wrap it up because FINALLY for the first time, we saw SUNLIGHT! Cannot tell you how nice that was to get to test out my new D4 camera with the lighting! š After having another awesome session, I met up with my best friend from elementary school to have dinner at Cabos Fish Tacos … amazingggggg! I’m not too familiar with Blacksburg, but it is definitely a place to try out if you are ever visiting! š
